Cooking/preparation directions
Add chanza into 4 X quantity of water and bring it to rolling boil. Continue to boil for 10-15 minutes or it reaches to the softness of your desire. Drain extra water and chanze is ready to be used. To make it even more delicious, you may seasoning of your choice in the water.
